Vila has an overall of 240m² usable surface. Big living room on a ground floor alond with toilet. Living room exits to a ground terrace with garden and a swimming pool. Second floor contains three bedrooms, hallway and two bathrooms. Second floor has toilet and an exit to a big terrace which contains a space for kitchen and has a 360° view.
